Me? Not so much. I tend to my accounts pretty faithfully. I try not to utilize automated techniques.

Have a look! @atomsound (basically an extension of this blog) @mmasfy (my Movie Makers group – growing steadily.. join us!) @israelmandate (all about Israel!) and @YeshuaIS (where I hope to provide a more steady stream of inspirational tidbits leading you to worship the King of kings, Yeshua).

First off, study. I think that even if you have an awesome dentist situation – full-ride insurance and an awesome, state-of-the-art dentist – you’re still going to want to understand your temple (1st Corinthians 3:17). It’s a life-long process, I’m sure. I know I’m just beginning and the more I learn the more I’m amazed by what I’m capable of learning and just how many interesting factoids, concepts and paradigms are out there to learn!

Secondly, stop drinking high fructose corn syrup, phosphoric acid and aspartame… a.k.a soda/pop. It’s evil, nasty and bad for ya! When I was framing (building houses), I used to “quench” my thirst with 2 to 4 LITERS a day. The two dentists I spoke with about my current condition made it abundantly clear that what I’m suffering now was most likely caused by that foolishness.

Thirdly, floss. I just didn’t do this well growing up. I confess. Horrible at it. But I’m learning. And I would encourage ANYONE  who isn’t flossing 2 xs a day (at least!) to begin. It’s really good for you as the bacteria that builds between your teeth can, if it leads to a breach in the safety barriers around gums and teeth, cause heart problems and other systemic issues … in your temple.

Finally, look into this stuff whether you’re having problems with your teeth or not. It’s called MMS or “Miracle Mineral Solution.” Yes, that’s a pretentious-sounding name. But the more research I do on the stuff the more blown away I am at what this (very) simple natural chemical is doing in people’s lives. I’m no doctor, but what it’s doing for pretty awesome. I’m hoping for full recovery and even some enamel recovery! Check it out:

UPDATE: Wow. As quick as I put up this ad for MMS, the FDA has shut it down in America, it appears. Have they also shut down fluoride in our water system? Mercury in our teeth (and vaccines)? Anyhoo.. taking down the ad. Leaving the image for posterity. Go figure. Although… For the sake of your elders, you might want to read this ditty someday: The Cancer Industry! [Hint: FDA + Pharmaceutical Companies = YUCK.]

I’m out of pain right now.

That said, I’m still only 4 days away from the end of the amoxicillin and not started with “MMS” – which I hope will help with a number of things, soooo….

We shall see.

In the meantime, I’m convinced cavities can HEAL and that dentists have been lying to us for 90 years! Why do I say that? Because Dr. Weston Price, one of the original respectable (researching) dentists of the beginning of the 20th century, travelled the planet looking at various culture’s teeth and EATING HABITS (something modern dentists pay VERY little attention to, strangely), he discovered a universal diet that supports HEALING of cavities.

Not saying I’ll ahve the discipline to pull it off, but, for those interested in hearing what I’ve found out for myself (I’m NOT a dentist.. or ANY kind of doctor, so research at your own risk!), here it is -

If I were to design the ultimate dietary program to heal cavities that incorporates the successes of both doctors (Dr. Weston Price – founding member of ADA – and Dr. Edward Mellanby), it would look something like this:
Rich in animal foods such as meat, organs, fish, bone broths, full-fat pastured dairy (if tolerated) and eggs.
Fermented grains only; no unfermented grains such as oatmeal, breakfast cereal, crackers, etc. No breads except sourdough because they typically aren’t made from fresh flour.
No nuts; beans in moderation, only if they’re soaked overnight or longer in warm water (due to the phytic acid).
Starchy vegetables such as potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Moderate quantities of fruit, but no refined sweets.
Moderate quantities of well-cooked vegetables.
Sunlight, high-vitamin cod liver oil or vitamin D3 supplements.
Generous amounts of pastured butter.
No industrially processed food.
This diet would maximize mineral absorption while providing abundant fat-soluble vitamins. It probably isn’t necessary to follow it strictly. For example, if you eat more mineral-rich foods such as dairy and bone broths, you can probably get away with more phytic acid.

Factors that affect tooth healing are the same factors that affect tooth development:
The mineral content of the diet, particularly calcium and phosphorus
The fat-soluble vitamin content of the diet, chiefly vitamin D
The availability of minerals for absorption, determined largely by the diet’s phytic acid content (prevents mineral absorption)
Or you might be able to heal cavities eating like this for only one or two meals a day, as Dr. Price demonstrated.

Thanks to David Wolfe and Nadine Artemis at the 2010 Longevity Conference (very Romans 1:20-25-ish, but “knowing God” nonetheless!) , I’m trying a new “essential oil” toothpaste mix on my quite ugly tooth! I wanted to post the “before and after” as I’m not brave (or rich) enough to pay for the top-dollar alternative dentistry I really want.

Here’s my receipe for posterity’s sake:

A dropper and a half full of unrefined virgin coconut oil
15 drops Neem oil
10 drops Clove oil
10 drops Peppermint oil
10 drops Oregano
10 drops Tea Tree oil

Shake well!

4 drops on a dry tooth brush (soft bristle)

Brush!

And, let me tell you, THAT is the COOLEST experience my mouth has EVER had!

Peaceful, Righteous, Joyful Warrior

A battle calls for warriors. First respondents hear the alarm and those trained and ready are first down the pole to face the challenge head on within moments.

In response to the move of the enemy of the human condition, You are calling forth your peaceful, loving and wise warriors. You send love which cracks the enemy’s strongholds and impacts the situation with the peace of God. You desire your Kingdom to break into a place where there was once only selfishness and darkness. You send Your righteousness and joy. You set up your Kingdom reign.

There is an element of terrorism on planet earth – there are slave-drivers – trappers of humanity – thieves of soul – There are legalists who kidnap the innocent – binding the little ones, the hopeful hearts, with ropes of distorted reality and oppression – There is a kingdom of darkness building a wall of terror and seeking to gather the naive within its dark doors.

But You, Father, You Yeshua! You sound the shofar alarm!  You call your warriors of joy to this battle! You call the ones who are PREPARED with feet that run with the purpose of peace to the fray. You sound the alarm on Your holy mountain and call forth the armies of righteous love! These are your warriors who build with one hand and defend with the other! Their purpose is to build your Kingdom of peace, righteousness and joy!

So, “To arms!” for the righteous cause of the Kingdom of God and of His Messiah, Yeshua, Meek & Mighty!

But how does that LOOK in your life? When you pump gas and meet eyes with a despondent looking fellow citizen, when you’re writing a blog post for your family and friends to read, when you’re standing in line for some coffee.. sitting next to that stranger in your church? Voting for your State Representative, your US Senator, your Governor this November?

May YHWH give us grace to do well … as warriors of His love this next month.

I really like this! It gives practical weight to imagining. Altho Disney was a bit of a flake, spiritually, his work ethic was second to none. He started his “Imagineers” to make his “kingdom” a reality. Lots to be learned from that, actually.
